Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Because each pillow cover is carefully inspected and prepared for shipment, processing times may occasionally vary during high-volume periods.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal shipping volume.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Mary & Jayne Pillow Co is not responsible for carrier delays. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at support@maryandjayne.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.
