At Mary & Jayne Pillow Co, each pillow cover is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before shipment. Because our products are made with artisan fabrics and produced in small batches, slight variations in pattern placement or texture may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade goods.


Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if you would prefer a different fabric or style.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Once the returned item is received, we will process your exchange for the new selection.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Fabric Samples

Because colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screens, we encourage customers to purchase fabric samples before ordering if they are unsure about a particular design.

Samples are the best way to ensure the fabric and color are the perfect fit for your space.
